Changing a Registration: A Different Child or an Accidental Cancellation

Sending a different child

If a different child in your family will be going instead, email the team at team@beachsports.com or ask the BeachSports assistant to send a note. As long as your other child fits the program's ages and the session still works, we'll move the registration to them at no charge.

Cancelled by accident?

Contact the team right away at team@beachsports.com or (310) 372-2202. If the spot is still open, we'll put your child back in the session and sort out the refund or credit so you aren't charged twice.

Switching weeks or programs

To move your child to a different week or program, you can do it yourself from your account before the session starts. See Cancellation and Refund Policy for details.

Hermosa Beach programs are registered through the City of Hermosa Beach, so changes to those go through the City.
