We understand the hesitation to make any plans for summer right now. No one knows what the world will look like tomorrow, let alone a month from now. However, as parents ourselves, we know there is some comfort in securing a plan for our kids, so we’ve taken a few steps to eliminate the risk and ease the burden in these uncertain times.
RISK-FREE REGISTRATIONRegister now knowing you’re entitled to a 100% refund should we need to cancel or significantly alter our programming due to the Coronavirus or if you determine you’re uncomfortable with your camper attending when the time comes.
DEFERRED PAYMENT PLANSWe know many families are being affected financially in these difficult times. You can now reserve your spot in camp with a $100 deposit. The balance will be due no earlier than June 15th and may be deferred further based on available information about the virus. Deposits are 100% refundable based on the policy above.
EXTENDED SCHEDULES | EARLY DROP-OFF & EXTENDED DAYSIn an effort to accommodate working families (who likely have A LOT of catching up to do), we’ve added the option for Early Drop-Off (8AM) and Extended Days (until 3PM or 5PM). Additionally, this will provide the essential increased working hours to support for our staff through these challenging times.
We remain optimistic for a normal camp environment, however, we are preparing now for social distancing measures we anticipate may be in place when summer arrives. Outlined below are the steps we’ve taken so far:
LIMITED CLASS SIZE | 10 CAMPER MAX Camps will be limited to 10 campers with 2 instructors per camp. This will limit exposure with the added benefit of a more personalized and safe camp experience.
SPECIFIC DISTANCING & SAFETY MEASURES We are prepared to implement the following specific measures should they be required when camp arrives:– Staggered Pick-Up & Drop-Off Times– Additional Camp Locations– Valet-Style Drop-Off & Pick-Up– Daily Temperature Checks of Staff– Contactless Activities Designed by Professional PE Teachers– Masks for Staff– Scheduled Hand Sanitizing Breaks
We encourage you to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns regarding our plans for summer. We know these are challenging times and we remain committed to doing everything in our power to provide an exceptional summer camp experience for the families in our community.
