Our Mission
To teach the next generation of South Bay residents to respect, preserve and safely enjoy our local beaches and oceans while learning lifelong skills in a fun, safe and inclusive environment.
What We Do
Established in 1995, BeachSports offers educational Beach Camps & Skateboard programs designed for ages 4-15. Our program structure was designed by Los Angeles County Lifeguards and local elementary and middle school teachers to be inclusive, fun, educational and, most importantly, safe for all of our campers.
Our camps are offered in Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach and Hermosa Beach and each location offers a variety of different program options to choose from, which we call “Camps”. These Camps are Beach Camp, Surf Camp, Volleyball Camp, Jr. Lifeguard Camp and Skateboard Camp. The curriculum for each program has been thoughtfully and strategically designed to accommodate campers of different ages, abilities and comfort levels and is implemented by CPR & First-Aid certified coaches.
